Most residential pools require weekly service to stay clean, safe, and properly balanced—especially in the Texas heat. Weekly service prevents algae, equipment issues, and costly repairs. Commercial pools  typically require multiple visits per week to stay in compliance.

Our posted prices are starting points for residential pools. Factors that affect pricing include: location, size, and condition of the pool. Pools that are large, covered with trees, commercial, or heavily used will be more expensive.

Yes. Standard chemicals are included on Chemical-Only and Full-Service packages. All chemicals are included for Zero-Stress Pool Care packages. Additional chemicals may be extra. We professionally manage and balance pool chemicals to keep your water clean, safe, and swim-ready. Proper chemical care protects your pool surface and equipment while preventing algae and bacteria.

Yes. New Braunfels Pool Professionals is fully insured, so you can feel confident trusting us with your pool and property.

Repair recommendations are based on routine weekly service observations (we try to catch small issues before they become big ones) or customer request. All repairs require customer approval before work begins. Zero-Stress Pool Care™ customers get 10% all repairs.

Our guarantee applies to routine weekly pool service visits. If your pool isn’t clean and swim-ready after a normal service visit, let us know and we’ll return and correct any mistake we made at no extra charge. This guarantee is designed to cover our standard weekly work — it does not apply to initial pool cleanups, severely neglected or green pools, major equipment failures, or repairs that require parts or specialized labor. For repair work or deeper cleanups, we’ll review options and pricing before any work begins. 

No. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, you do not need to be home. We provide clear communication and will automatically update you after each visit.

Nope! Theres never any service contracts for residential customers.

Yes! We offer a 10% Military and First Responder discount. Customers receive a FREE month of service for each referral (non-customers who refer us get $100). Contact us for details.

Yes. We provide one-time cleanings, including green or neglected pool cleanups for an added fee. We highly recommend weekly service to keep your pool swim-ready. Neglected pools lead to very expensive repairs.

No — if the issue is related to the work we just performed during routine weekly service, we’ll fix it at no charge. Additional charges only apply for work you approve that’s outside normal weekly service (e.g., repairs requiring parts, green pool recovery, or advanced equipment service).
